Did you know that around 90% of pastors globally have not had any formal ministry training? It's a staggering statistic!

Most of them are guiding their congregations without the benefit of education, biblical studies or growth in crucial areas like leadership, evangelism, missions, and discipleship. However providing access to training could have a positive impact on these pastors, leaders, and the churches they oversee.

Equipping pastors and church leaders with a foundation in teachings and practical ministry skills doesn't just benefit the leaders themselves. It also strengthens congregations. Enhances efforts to make disciples. Supporting and investing in these leaders is essential for furthering the Kingdom of God across the globe.

As stated in 2 Timothy 2;2 "And the things you have heard me say in the presence of witnesses entrust to men who will also be qualified to teach others." By building up and passing on knowledge to leaders we can significantly increase the influence from one generation of shepherds to the next.

When we provide training and guidance to pastors who lack resources we are planting seeds that will yield results for Christs Kingdom. It's truly a privilege to play a role, in strengthening the Church through this approach!
