Rather than just checking boxes for credit hours, our benchmark is whether leaders can demonstrate the key competencies needed for faithful and effective ministry – with a high priority given to the leader's personal walk with Jesus Christ. We use learning portfolios, competency assessments by mentors/supervisors and evaluation based on the leadership competencies of your church/denomination.

From the start we work closely with each church's denomination or network to build our training programs around their specific competency requirements for leadership credentialing and ordination. Our goal is a seamless process which equips leaders while meeting all the requirements for certification.

We provide resources on core team development, vision casting, fundraising and community engagement to help you plant and grow a new church. We offer bookkeeping, insurance and a 501(c)(3) covering for new church plants. We also have small grants available to church plants, designed to help them meet the benchmarks for a healthy launch.
